The 29th Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress will be held in Suzhou, China from October 16th to 20th, 2023.
With the preparatory stage for the Congress midway through, ITS Asia-Pacific, ITS America, and ITS-Ertico are actively promoting the participation of relevant companies and organizations in the Congress. On June 15th, the registration system of the Congress was officially opened, and guests from across the world can register through this official website.
After preliminary screening, the Congress has collected 14 technical visits and 9 demonstrations (see the official website for the final results). The review of papers and special interest sessions has been completed, with a total of 357 papers and 59 special interest sessions approved. The preparations for the high-level meeting and the Mayors Forum are progressing smoothly. Invitations to the Mayors Forum have been sent to 28 cities in 13 countries, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.
Next, the 29th ITSWC Organizing Committee will invite more companies and research institutes through multiple channels to join the Congress and improve the plans for the parallel forum. It will also make an all-out effort regarding invitation, communication, and coordination work with key members of the three organizers and officials from relevant national transportation departments. We will spare no effort to prepare for the Congress and strive to present a splendid transportation event to the world.
