Cancellation Policy
If the Exhibitor applies for a reduction in the amount of fees payable as it cancels its participation, reduces its exhibition space or for other reasons, it must obtain prior written consent from the Organizer, and the Organizer has the right to charge a handling fee according to the time of application. Specifically, if the Exhibitor applies to cancel the participation before [ 16/6/2023 ] a handling fee of 25% of the total amount of fees will be charged; if the Exhibitor applies to cancel the participation after [16/6/2023 ], 2023, a handling fee of 100% of the total amount of fees will be charged. If the Exhibitor applies to reduce the amount of fees due to the booth downsizing or other reasons, the handling fee will be charged according to the reduction ratio and application date in view of the cancellation policy. If the Exhibitor has already paid, the Organizer shall refund the part of the refundable fee (if any) to the Exhibitor after deducting the cancellation fee.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, venue and mode of the exhibition, to reduce the time of or even to cancel the Congress, due to external force majeure factors (including policy factors). The Organizer shall give prior notice of such change if any to the Exhibitor, in which circumstances neither party shall be liable for the change, and this Contract shall remain valid except where the Congress is cancelled. If the Congress is cancelled, this Contract is terminated accordingly and the issues of refund will be resolved by the Parties through negotiation according to the actual situation. To avoid any doubt, “force majeure” under this contract means an unforeseeable event (or although foreseeable, is inevitable) and insurmountable by the Parties, and this event prevents, affects or delays either Party wholly or in part in carrying out its obligations under this contract. Force majeure includes but is not limited to: earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, epidemics, wars, coups d'état, terrorist acts, riots, strikes, and the enactment of new laws or policies or changes to former laws or policies.

Venue Info
Suzhou International Expo Center Management Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise of Suzhou and one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Suzhou Culture Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. The venue was officially put into operation in 2004. Suzhou International Expo Center is located in the core area of the CBD of Suzhou Industrial Park, which is adjacent to Jinji Lake. With convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities, it is a large exhibition and convention building with catering and hotel service. It can meet the needs of comprehensive exhibitions of different scales and forms. The exhibition area is 100,000 square meters with nine exhibition halls. The conference hall covers an area of 50,000 square meters with 60 conference rooms, including a large luxury pillarless banquet hall of 8,000 square meters, which is fabulous in Asia. The capacity, facilitation, and service have always been at the forefront of the country.

A high-end entertainment and leisure destination with a pronounced European romantic atmosphere is created at Moonlight Wharf, which is predominantly in pure European style, fully exploits the benefits of being near the water, and employs the design concept of “Through water embankment to build island". The Moonlight Wharf's overall design includes "one main axis of landscape" that connects the Kewen Center, the lakeside landscape trail, the central landscape belt, and the central square of the Expo Center; Water Lane and Landscape Pedestrian Street, two featured streets, are designed in the south and north of the area ； The wharf begins from the large-scale commercial buildings at the northernmost end, travels through the courtyard buildings along the river, and finally reaches the crescent-shaped bar island. A multi-level consumption environment is created by the organic connection of three distinct spatial sections in succession.
Moonlight Wharf has been designed with the purpose to promote moonlight economy industry by building a night paradise in suzhou. It has evolved into another highlight of Suzhou Industrial Park's Jindi Lake Business Circle, which is known for leisure, entertainment, and theme catering, through the organic combination of high-end clubs, KTV, exotic catering, fashion bars, and other business forms.
